Likes , the location of the hotel was ideal, making it convenient for exploring the local area. the room itself provided all the necessary amenities, such as a TV and tea & coffee making facilities. the bathroom was clean and had a nice shower. Despite the shortcomings, it served as a decent base for our one, night stay.

Disliked , the disability accessible room that I had paid for was not provided, despite it being specifically requested and prepaid. This caused major problems for me and my disabled daughter, as the room we were given was unsuitable for her wheelchair.
